Overview
In 2016, Jennifer obtained a temporary restraining order in the Chancery Division in Cook County in a case under the Illinois Trade Secrets Act, and other related claims, where an employee emailed open roofing bids to a competitor before leaving to start a competitive company, despite the absence of a non-compete and non-solicitation agreement. The case was ultimately settled for a six figure sum in favor of the employer.
