Obtained a Voluntary Dismissal for a Subcontractor Involved in the Liquidation of a Commercial Property

Amundsen Davis represented a subcontractor involved in the liquidation of a commercial property. A lawsuit was filed against multiple defendants stemming from an accident that occurred during the liquidation process that resulted in a contractor’s employee losing his leg.
