Obtained Site, Building, Wetland, and Related Plan Approval to Construct a Multi-Tenant Industrial Building

Represented a developer and business owner in acquiring site, building, wetland, and related plan approvals to build an industrial building with the capacity to accommodate one to three manufacturing tenants. The team secured approval from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to properly work with wetlands on site. In navigating the wetlands on site, the team then secured a wetland setback variance with the City.

We also represented the developer before the City Plan Commission, who unanimously approved the site plan upon meeting conditions contingent on continued cooperation with the City. The approval process included extensive community outreach, working closely with neighboring residents to address design, access, and buffering concerns and build support for the development.
