Overview
Timm Schowalter represented a hospital in a data breach orchestrated by a former IT employee. The former employee hacked into the hospital’s computer servers and accessed data. Timm’s representation included the coordination of an outside computer forensic firm’s mitigation efforts and forensic investigation, analysis of federal and state requirements on notification, and assisting law enforcement.
