Overview

We represented a national nonprofit in quashing a third-party subpoena and denying a motion to compel received in the Eastern District of Virginia. From receipt of the motion to compel, we advised the client and filed pleadings on behalf of the client. The subpoena was successfully quashed, after which we monitored the third-party dispute for decisions that may implicate the client, offering the client advice along the way.
