Overview
We represented a nonprofit challenging the administrative procedures undertaken by a state agency in using permits with environmental implications. The procedures were challenged in the Michigan administrative system. We advised the client from the filing of the administrative procedure, through dispositive motions and an evidentiary hearing before the administrative system. Ultimately, the administrative system overturned the decision to issue the permits, which was the success the client sought.
