Overview
Amundsen Davis represented a power equipment company against a products liability claim based on the alleged failure of a home backup generator. Our firm convinced the federal judge to bifurcate individual and class discovery to give us the opportunity to expose flaws in the plaintiff’s individual claim before embarking on class-wide discovery. Shortly thereafter, the plaintiff voluntarily dismissed his claim.
