Represented a Committee Member in In re FirstEnergy Solutions Corp., the largest Chapter 11 case pending in the Northern District of Ohio. Representation resulted in a $12 million settlement on behalf of a class of large and mid-sized commercial electricity consumers related to the 2014 Polar Vortex surcharge.
