Overview
As a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Service Group, David delivers creative, practical solutions to businesses navigating complex transactional and supply chain challenges, particularly in times of financial distress. For nearly three decades, he has delivered effective, forward-looking solutions on corporate insolvency, creditor rights, business reorganization, bankruptcy litigation, receiverships, and related transactions to clients nationwide, helping them move forward with confidence.
David draws on his logistics and supply chain background to help resolve the financial and operational challenges of his clients, including those of his clients' customers and suppliers. He regularly works with companies facing financial distress, skillfully guiding them through corporate transactions involving assets, creditor matters, and restructuring efforts, helping stabilize operations while preserving value.
David has extensive experience advising stakeholders, including third-party logistics providers (3PL), across industries, including transportation, manufacturing, automotive, and plastics. His work frequently involves matters ranging from sales and acquisitions to complex litigation and creditor-side bankruptcy issues. He represents creditors, banks, investors, receivers, distressed companies, boards of directors, and regional and international organizations, handling matters within Ohio and nationwide. His clients range from Fortune 500 companies to second- and third-generation middle market businesses.
