We are pleased to announce that David M. Neumann has joined the firm as senior counsel in its Business Litigation and Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights service groups. Based in the firm’s Cleveland office, David brings nearly 30 years of experience advising businesses and stakeholders through complex financial, operational, and transactional challenges.
David advises companies nationwide on the development and implementation of forward-looking solutions to address supply chain and transactional failures. His practice focuses on insolvency-related matters, including representing creditors in complex bankruptcy proceedings, protecting creditor rights, and guiding clients through business reorganizations and receiverships. He has extensive experience working with companies of all sizes across the transportation, manufacturing, automotive, and plastics industries, helping clients stabilize operations and position themselves for long-term success.
David received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and B.A. from Tufts University.
