Overview
Matthew obtained the dismissal of alleged constitutional violation claims against a public school district in Ohio. The plaintiffs were former students of a public high school who alleged that they were sexually abused by their teacher outside of school premises. The court dismissed the the complaint because there were no plausible grounds alleged in the complaint to support plaintiffs claims.
