Overview

In the financial services industry, Patrick Mastrian successfully defended a bank against petitions for a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction, and claims for damages. The plaintiff bank alleged our client unlawfully recruited and hired an employee of a competitor bank, in violation of a particular agreement containing various restrictive covenants. After a trial on the plaintiff’s requests for preliminary relief, the trial court found in favor of our client and denied all preliminary relief requested by the plaintiff. Thereafter, the case resolved on favorable terms for our client.
