Successfully Defended a General Contractor at Arbitration Against a Condominium Association

The matter involved claims of construction defect where the plaintiff condominium association claimed that our client performed defective workmanship, allegedly causing the condo association nearly $1,000,000 in damage. We defended the matter at arbitration, where the claimant was awarded only $60k on its entire claim.
