Overview
We represented a cheese and butter manufacturer who was facing trademark infringement. The case was resolved by a mediation agreement that allowed both companies to continue making and selling their butter. Our client adjusted certain packaging and rebranded with a different trademark. Since then, our client has built a large portfolio of different marks.
