Union Withdraws Organizing Campaign Before Election

Represented a Philadelphia-area employer in response to a renewed union organizing effort after successfully defending the employer in an election involving the same union approximately 18 months earlier. The union withdrew its organizing effort less than 24 hours before voting was scheduled to begin.
