Overview
Amundsen Davis successfully defended a property owner and management group, two of several named defendants, and won a motion to dismiss in a premise liability matter. The court dismissed the plaintiff’s third amended complaint with prejudice, finding that the property which led to the minor’s death, was an open and obvious danger against which the defendants had no duty to guard.
