Moses Suarez Appointed to Illinois Supreme Court Committee of Jury Instructions - Civil Cases

Overview

Effective January 1, 2022, Amundsen Davis Partner, Moses Suarez, has been appointed a member of the Illinois Supreme Court Committee on Jury Instructions in Civil Cases. At a Term of the Supreme Court held in Springfield on November 8, 2021 the Committee was proposed and the Order was entered on December 10, 2021.

Moses is a partner at Amundsen Davis and co-chair of the firm’s Health Care Practice Group. He regularly advises clients on interpretation and compliance with state and federal health care regulations as well as risk reduction and crisis management. 

We are confident Moses will contribute greatly to the committee, whose primary duty is to study and recommend new pattern jury instructions for civil cases or modifications to existing instructions.
