Amundsen Davis Welcomes Hailey Golds to Chicago Office

We are pleased to announce Hailey Golds has joined the firm’s Chicago office as senior counsel in its Labor & Employment Service Group. Hailey brings strategic, forward-looking counsel to employers across Illinois and nationwide. 

Hailey guides clients through all phases of litigation, from early investigation and pre-suit negotiations to settlement, trial, and appeal. She represents public and private entities of all sizes in labor and employment disputes, including Title VII, Illinois Human Rights Act, FMLA, ADA, Illinois Wage Payment Collection Act, and matters under the NLRA, Illinois Labor Relations Act, and Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act. 

Hailey earned her J.D. at the University of Michigan Law School and her B.A. at Leigh University.
