Overview

Hailey is a Chicago-based labor and employment attorney who brings strategic, forward-looking counsel to employers across Illinois and nationwide. Driven by an innate desire to continue learning, she takes a comprehensive approach to every matter, ensuring she understands the history and full context of each issue a client is facing. This allows her to resolve disputes efficiently and help clients prevent similar issues in the future.

As a member of the firm's Labor & Employment Service Group, Hailey guides clients through all phases of litigation, from early investigation and pre-suit negotiations to settlement, trial, and appeal. She represents public and private entities of all sizes in a wide range of labor and employment disputes, including Title VII, Illinois Human Rights Act, FMLA, ADA, Illinois Wage Payment Collection Act, and matters under the NLRA, Illinois Labor Relations Act, and Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act. Hailey also has experience advocating for employers in state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies.
