Senior Counsel Jonathan M. Mraunac Joins Amundsen Davis

Jonathan joins our firm in our Chicago office as a senior counsel in our Construction Service Group.

Jonathan represents individuals and businesses in the construction industry, including general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and real estate owners, to resolve breach of contract, delay and disruption, design defect, mechanics lien, and other claims. Jonathan also has significant prior experience representing commercial and healthcare companies. Jonathan has deep experience in contracting and all aspects of litigation in state and federal court, from pre-trial preparation through courtroom representation, settlement, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal.
