Aldo Huitzil

With humble family beginnings in Mexico’s Distrito Federal and Huasteca Potosina, Aldo values each opportunity sparked by his parents’ decision to settle in the U.S., including becoming the first in his family to receive a professional degree.

A partner in the firm's Retail Service Group, Aldo joined in spring 2025 after years of working as a successful solo practitioner at a full-service law firm, where he honed his ability to grasp the nuances of each client’s case and develop comprehensive litigation strategies in complex areas of law. In his role, Aldo helps clients navigate risk assessment, compliance, and each stage of litigation in premises and product liability cases, which includes cases involving severe injury and/or death.

Aldo also advises individuals and small entities on issues concerning property management and commercial litigation, matters that commonly involve his clients’ first entrepreneurial experience and/or assets critical to their current and future livelihoods. His distinct ability to easily develop a rapport with individuals in diverse settings lends to his proven success as an advisor and litigator. Aldo values helping his clients easily understand the risks and options to achieve business goals and takes care to provide a calming, knowledgeable presence to minimize their stresses and doubts prevalent in high pressure, legally complicated matters.

Outside of the office, Aldo enjoys volunteering, coaching high school soccer, and spending time with his family and 70-pound English bulldog Nachito.
