Elliott I. Pinkie

Elliott is an Indianapolis-based civil litigation attorney with more than 25 years of experience defending individuals and companies across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. As a member of the firm's Health Care Service Group, his practice is primarily focused on medical malpractice defense. He represents physicians and nurses, physician practice groups, hospitals, and medical clinics facing medical negligence and malpractice claims and licensing and credentialing review actions. Dedicated to protecting his clients' best interests in and outside of the courtroom, Elliott also counsels clients on risk management and compliance to reduce exposure.

Elliott has served as lead counsel in bench and jury trials. He appears regularly in matters pending in state courts across Indiana. He represents medical professionals including physicians, nurses, and dentists before the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency and state licensing boards.

Elliott's background includes general and civil defense. He represents service providers and retail establishments facing negligence claims resulting in personal injury or wrongful death. In addition, he represents manufacturers against product liability claims under the Indiana Product Liability Act (IPLA). Elliott is also a certified civil mediator in Indiana and experienced in alternative dispute resolution.
