As a member of Amundsen Davis’s Employee Benefits, Executive Compensation & Tax Service Group, Joseph represents clients in executive compensation structuring, provision of health insurance, ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA compliance matters.

Joseph developed an understanding of sophisticated negotiations and business exchanges through undergraduate experience in the real estate industry. He transitioned to law to protect the parties involved in these transactions and to give them peace of mind during complex business negotiations.

With a family legacy in law, Joseph believes being an attorney is a vocation as much as a profession. He considers it as an honor and a privilege to serve people during crucial life and business matters.
