Katie Kuhn

As a member of the firm's Retail Service Group, Katie brings a background in litigation defense to her clients facing premises liability, product liability, and retail issues. She has experience handling complex issues from initial filing through trial, with experience serving as first and second chair in jury trials. Katie makes a point to know each case like it is the only one on her desk and reliably communicates regular status updates and action items to those she represents to keep them informed.

When she is not at the office, she enjoys volunteering in animal welfare spaces.
