William G. Nickol

A member of the firm’s General Liability Service Group, Bill has spent his career defending individuals, commercial transportation companies, construction firms, manufacturers, and heavy equipment distributors facing a variety of personal and property damage claims arising from motor vehicle and commercial transportation accidents, construction accidents, construction defects, premises liability, breach of warranty, product defects, and general negligence. To craft his defense strategies, he takes every opportunity available to him to develop his client relationships in person, especially to learn their businesses firsthand. In addition, his prior work background as a carpenter and laborer assist him in his evaluation and aggressive defense of related claims.

Bill believes the best clients are fully informed and therefore able to play a vital role in their own defense, which is why he makes a point to explain the entire litigation process to each of his clients to ensure they understand what is happening and why. 

Outside of the office, Bill enjoys spending time with his family, and listening to podcasts while doing yardwork or tending to his backyard grill.
