Illinois One Day of Rest Law

In Illinois, there are state specific laws guiding rests, breaks, and the number of days a week an employee in Illinois is allowed to work. Sara Zorich will be addressing legal issues regarding compensable work time relating to meals and breaks under Illinois and federal laws.
