Join us for Behind the Scenes: Evaluating Out-of-Court Workouts, Bankruptcy, and Chapter 128 Receiverships on Thursday, March 3rd from 5:00 – 7:30 PM at Saint Kate – The Arts Hotel (139 E Kilbourn Avenue, Milwaukee, WI). This hour-long panel will address real-life factors impacting a business debtor’s ability to enter into a workout arrangement or in-court insolvency proceeding. Panelists will discuss the benefits and drawbacks of out-of-court restructurings, bankruptcy proceedings, and Wisconsin Chapter 128 proceedings in a mock negotiation format between the debtor, debtor’s counsel, and secured creditor’s counsel.
