Led the Project Approval Team for a Major Expansion of a Specialty Brewery

Brian Randall and Katie Hampel led the project approval team for a major expansion of the specialty brewery location owned and operated by a national brewer including zoning approvals for the use and 24-hour operations, dimensional variances for the brewery expansion and fencing, approvals of structures in the right-of-way, and approval for a 4,140 square foot wall sign far in excess of the size allowed by code.
