Overview
Served as trial counsel in a patent infringement case in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin involving the design of a permanent concrete, interlocking dock structure. Joined the matter shortly before trial and helped prepare and present the case to a jury, which returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff. The case later involved post-trial proceedings.
