Overview
Amundsen Davis represented a small, community bank that had a large judgment against one of its former customers. The former customer claimed to have no assets. Amundsen Davis drilled-down into the former customer’s assets and discovered that the former customer had transferred hundreds of thousands of dollars of silver into trusts belonging to his family that he controlled. We successfully sued the former customer and obtained a full recovery of the amount owed to the bank, plus attorneys’ fees.
