Andrew Kirtley

Andrew represents his clients in civil litigation from the initial claim investigation until the final resolution. He looks at each matter from his client’s perspective to obtain the best possible resolution.

Andrew represents clients in commercial transportation litigation and general liability litigation on claims of negligence, statutory and regulatory violations, bad faith and insurance issues. In his transportation practice, Andrew defends personal injury claims and counsels clients on potential liability, exposure, and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. In his general liability practice, Andrew defends businesses of all sizes in premises liability and other general liability claims. Before joining Amundsen Davis, Andrew defended Section 1983 claims brought against Indiana employees and agencies in federal court as a deputy attorney general.

Outside the office, you can find Andrew cheering on the Indiana Hoosiers in basketball and football, and trying new restaurants in Indianapolis.
