There is a growing pressure in the workplace to improve the physical and emotional health of employees while at the same time protecting clients. From employee wellness programs to mandatory vaccinations, employers must consider a number of compliance issues when it comes to health issues in the workplace. This session will discuss how employers can promote wellness in the workplace while staying compliant with the ADA, GINA and HIPAA, and honoring employee preferences.
