Overview
For Alec, it's a privilege to represent the nurses, aides and other staff who care deeply and work hard to take care of their patients and residents. He defends long-term care facilities and other health care providers in negligence claims, regulatory matters and licensure actions. Many of the cases involve medicine and other complex subjects. His clients most appreciate the positive results he achieves, based on his extensive experience in defending long-term care providers, and his attention to their needs.
Before practicing law, Alec was a newspaper journalist. That experience serves him well in litigation, which also requires developing and mastering complicated facts and communicating them effectively.
