Overview

Liz is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Service Group in Chicago, where she focuses her practice on labor matters including unfair labor practice allegations, union organizing campaigns, and employee relations issues. She draws on more than two decades of experience as a senior trial attorney with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) to help employers navigate complex compliance challenges, respond to concerted activity, and stay ahead of evolving regulatory developments.

As a labor and employment attorney, Liz advises employers across a wide range of industries, including health care, retail, manufacturing, construction, and logistics. She regularly counsels clients on the full spectrum of workplace issues, from workplace investigations to employee discipline and terminations. Drawn to solving complex workplace challenges, Liz brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to her client work and is known for her strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and collaborative style.

Liz's NLRB background gives her a deep understanding of how workplace disputes are investigated and litigated, allowing her to anticipate risk, identify issues early, and guide clients toward effective solutions that are aligned with their business goals. She has a proven track record of resolving hundreds of matters before litigation. When disputes escalate, Liz is a seasoned trial advocate who manages all phases of litigation, from case development through resolution.
