Amundsen Davis represented a healthcare organization in a federal class action lawsuit alleging that the company’s system transmitted private information regarding searches and other activity conducted on its website to Meta (f/k/a Facebook) through pixels embedded within the code for the website.
Amundsen Davis secured a defense verdict for a general contractor in a case involving a construction injury accident. Our client was accused of leaving two “angle irons,” two long pieces of metal used to install bricks over an open window, in the garage. The plaintiff alleged that while carrying a piece of drywall, he tripped on the angle irons and sustained an ankle fracture, which led to three surgeries.
